I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms need some upkeep, but they were acceptable. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, although some areas needed updating. The dining was basic. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.

I loved the hotel's location; it's so close to Busch Gardens and everything else. The staff was nice, but there were instances of them entering without knocking first, which was quite bothersome. The rooms were a mixed bag - we got moved to a nicer room with two bathrooms, but our original one had issues and wasn't well maintained.
